POL is Point of Laying, so they should be starting to lay soon.

Sorry! Point of Laying - 20 weeks in most hens, longer for the larger birds (jersey giant, for example.
Pullets close to or at POL will show a deepening red in the combs & wattles the closer they get to Laying.

my guess is it’s Ginger. Her comb and wattles are more red and more developed.
