help?? rooster can not pick his head up ?

i have a rooster that was fine the other day,but know can not hold his haed up .

There is a sticky here (top of forum with a popsicle like thing by it)with some questions in it for you to answer in order so that ppl can help you.
The symptom you are describing could be due to anynumber of things. If we do not know the breed, age , feed and housing situation, weather conditions etc and a bit of history then there is little help we can offer.
