Noticed this morning. We have isolated him. What is is? Is it Pox? And what should we do?

Looks like Fowl Pox. Are there any lesions inside the beak?
Generally you don't want to disturb scabs. The lesions around the eyes are a bit concerning, I would make sure he's eating/drinking well.
@casportpony has more experience with Fowl Pox, she may be able to offer some tips.

The scabs around his faceand wattles look more like pox, although the comb spots look like blood from pecking. His eye is swollen and has some purulent drainage. Can you see if that yellow has dropped down on the scabs on the wattles? I would clean his eye with saline or water, and apply some Terramycin eye ointment from the feed store, or if that is not available, use plain Neosporin ointment twice daily.
