help! rooster or pullet?!

What type of bird is this? I'm thinking easter egger but not sure. I'm new to chickens so I'm learning as I go. Still sad it's probably a rooster I've lost 4 now in less than a months time. I bought out of "pullets" and so far 4 of 8 have turned out to be roosters! Upset!

He's beautiful. The patchy colors, the red on the wings, and the tail feathers all scream roo. He hasn't crowed yet?

That is an Easter Egger. See the green legs, the muff (beard), and pea comb? All those together point to Easter Egger. EEs can generally be sexed by color. The irregular pattern and red on his wings are what point to cockerel.

No crow yet! And he's nearly 20 weeks old. Just sweet as can be. Nothing like the other roosters I've had.

Wow, almost 20 weeks? That makes me question it then. Comb is not very large for a 20 week old. Makes me wonder. Maybe he's a late bloomer.

Okay so I do apologize if I sound completely dumb but like I said I'm new in the chicken world. I have this other beauty that is allegedly a french blue Maran. Anyone have any thoughts on if this is true and if it's male or female?

I think she is roughly 16 weeks old
