So i was very concerned that this would happen and it finally did my 10 year old duck is eggbound!! I've been given her a warm bath for the past three days and a shot of liquid calcium but it doesn't seem to be working!
I felt her stomach yesterday and there are at least three eggs in her. But she is so swollen that she can't pass them! Her vent is about the size of a pea i actually had a hard time finding it. She can poop but it's watery. She's puffed up and doesn't walk very much and when she does she stumbles!
She is eating and drinking which is good but i am very concerned for her! I need help! :(

If you believe that she has three eggs backed up,then get her to a vet asap. Have you done a cloacal exam and if so can you feel where the first egg is?
