We think this guys big for just under 4 weeks old

#6 is definitely a Rosecomb and I think it may be a roo. I am new to chickens and would never normally venture to guess the gender except that I have an 8 week old Rosecomb that has a much flatter and less bumpier comb than yours. I'll add a pic of mine taken today for your comparison. Also, mine didn't start getting red until just last week.
