Help sexing my 10.5 week olds

For the two that think the first black is a rooster, is it only because of the tail pointing up? Because otherwise the two blacks look identical, they have the same comb development and their legs are just the same.

They're suspicious of the first black one because of the tail feathers

The buffs and the second black look henish to me, but I'm 50/50 on the first black. I'd say hen and just prepare yourself for what you'll do if she crows. Her legs don't look very thick to me so that gives me hope she's a hen.

OK, thanks for the help everyone, I'll keep you posted! I don't think we can keep a rooster, they are illegal in our city, so I will probably steel myself for a harvest if we have a boy. Slaughtering is also illegal in our city, but I think less likely to get us in trouble than keeping a crowing rooster. Can't wait to start getting eggs!

looks like all girls to me.

They all look like girls to me. What color are the bottoms of the feet and back of the legs on the first black one? In the pics, the backs of the legs look yellow. If that's the case, you may have a Jersey Giant rather than an Australorp.

The pic may be misleading about the feet color, the blacks have all black feet!

I'm counting 10 votes for all girls and 3 who are 50/50 on the first black. I'm going to take that as a positive sign and hope for the best.

Thanks everyone!

The only one I'd question is the 1st... take more photos in different positions, sometimes it makes a difference. My BA never had that one spikey tail feather, but I know at times my girls have been in certain positions that made me wonder.
