I have two chickens i am trying to sex. I got them at about a week old and the farmer was confident they were female. They are now 14 weeks old. One started crowing first thing in the morning but the other has not. They "scrap" with each other on occasion , where they fluff out their neck feathers and dance around but get along and are inseperable the rest of the time. Their combs and wattles are still a soft pink not bright red ( I had another buff rock batman that turned out to be a rooster, acted different and was bright red at 9 weeks old but tail feathers look similar) any help would be appreciated. They both look and act the same and have since day one so I am thinking they are either both pullets or both cockerels.
