So, I zoomed in on the ones that I think you guys are telling me are cockerals....? Do I have them right?

These 3? Red, black and brown behind the chain.

Yes, but when you zoomed in I could see the red one behind the chain better in the second photo, that one is a cockerel too.

How close are these girls to being ready to mix in with my adult birds?

It really depends on who you ask, lol. I think everyone does it differently. You've had plenty of quarantine time, so that won't be an issue. You could go ahead and put them in a see but don't touch area if you have one. I personally wait until at least 12 weeks to start letting them actually mingle, but I really prefer to wait until they're as big as the smallest hen in my flock. I'm definitely on the conservative side though.
