Help sexing wyandotte chickens- 2 weeks on update

Here is a picture of some our SL young ones....the boy is on the right. Males get more of a "shield" of white feathers on their shoulders, while the girls pattern is more all around.

Your SLW's look like my hens did at that age. They are round and plump with not much tail feathers going on. My bet is they are pullets

Yeah i would say the silverlaced are girlies

Hi Taini! How did you get on with people's predictions for their sex? I wouldn't hazzard a guess as I'm an extreme novice, but I have heard of an interesting possibilty for sexing them early on.....Get a small piece of cardboard and place it under the neck feathers. If the feathers are rather pointy, they're boys. If more rounded, girls. No idea if this is accurate, but it would be interesting to try it and see how it works out once you know for certain.

I purchased 6 BLR 3 weeks ago, they will be 4 weeks this coming Saturday... If I post pictures could I get some help sexing them?
