Help sick baby chick!!

My boyfriend and i just got some chicks from rural king yesterday they were all okay when we went to bed but when i checked on them this morning this little guy looked dead i rubbed his chest and he started moving more and let out a few peeps but this is him right now he only opens his eyes a little and not for long

I am very sorry to tell you but he is not sick and instead is dying. I have seen this many times.

What do i do? Is there anything? Whats wrong? Shes standing up and moving around now on her own but still isnt drinking or eating anything. I used a dropper to give her a drop of nutri-drench, some water mixed with diamatacious earth, and some pedialite and shes up and moving around on her own two feet now but again still not eating or drinking when i found her this morning i thought she was completely dead when i started rubbing her chest she started opening and closing her mouth and cheaping. I thought maybe gape worm or something but i have no clue my 2 guineas are starting to have raspy cheaps as well

Huh. I have never had that happen! I have no idea! mine when they get like that all die within 20 minutes! Try giving it the yolk of a hard boiled egg all mashed up.

I have one like this a bought just 2 hours ago. Feed egg yolk but I unfortunately don't think it will stick around all we can do is try. How is yours doing now?

I'd keep it on Nutri-Drench laced water and hope for the best. If it won't drink, then continue to give it drops of Nutri-Drench via dropper. I assume the others are all active and alert?

Yes but i have noticed her and 2 others now who have started closing one/both eyes. They all find food and water and ive been cleaning their eyes with water and q-tips and it seems to be working for a bit but then they go back to 1 or both eyes closed again. my girl in this post originally has started doing a bit worse much more lethargic now. I just gave her a little bit more of the nutri drench and pedialite. Ive read all kinds of things and i dont know what to think. Maybe gape worms? Maybe respiratory infection? I have absolutly no clue but i want nothing more right now than to make them okay again
