HELP! Sick bird

I posted about him a day ago, but my little cock has taken a serious turn for the worse. He can't stand, he's starting to sneeze with clear fluid, his legs get really splayed out in front of him unless you can tuck them underneath him when you set him down and he's sitting at an angle, most of the time one of his yes are closed, usually his right eye. That bump that I noticed under his neck still hasn't gone away. I don't know what's wrong with him or if I have to worry about it spreading to my other birds. Does anyone know??? Can anyone help me??

Keep him inside and warm with food and water in front of him, but make sure he can't drown in his water dish if he falls forward. What does his poop look like?

Looks like crop issues, you might want to do some research on sour crop, impacted crop.
