The scissor beak makes it difficulty for her to eat on her own. It's possible she is weak from not getting enough calories in.
Can you hand feed her and watch to make sure she's eating and drinking ok? Here's a thread that might help:

Give her several days of getting plenty to eat before we try to diagnose her with an additional disease!

thank you so much, i will start to hand feed her. i have seen her eat, it looks like she is having trouble. I know she is eating because she has her food crumbs stuck to her mouth

it probably is mareks, my other chickens died of something like this, but the were way younger

It certainly could be something severe and systemic, but I'd like to give her a chance to eat first. One problem at a time!

ok, i am going on a trip in a few days and right now i only have two chicks (the others died) I am going to a family cottage so i can bring her and am planning to, should i bring the other chick to so she doesn't get stressed

Yes, but while you are there keep them separate
