Help! Sick Hen

My chicken is extremely undernourished! She refuses to eat the normal chicken food, but does eat most of all the treats that I give her. I am at a total loss of what could be wrong with her. Does anyone have any ideas?

Is she on layer feed only? Or is she allowed to free range?

If there isn't any obvious health problems then I would bet it's basically her being spoiled. If she'll eat the treats you give but not the layer feed then it's just because she knows the treats are better. So the solution would be to cut the treats all together and leave her with no option but the feed she's given.
