I hope so. He is a little stinky in the bathroom for a week.

Anyway, This vet looked at a goose I had a while ago. They say he is really good with birds. I am having him call me
tomorrow morning so I can tell him what I have done so far. I am working night shift tonight which is why I could not make it to a
Tuesday appt. I will let everyone know.

Good. So, he will be ok. What other meds did he prescribe? How did he conclude bacterial infection? What tests did he run? Do you know how he got the bacterial infection?
 
He looked at the poop microscopically.
He said it was filled with bacteria. We got liquid metro and baytril. He started him out with a shot of baytril and fluids. He said we should see improvement in 24 hours.

That's good. I wish I knew how to work a microscope. I have a professional microscope but I don't know how to use it. I think I better learn. :/

Do you remember the dosage? What did your pea weigh?
