On the video I see a bird who has difficulties to get air ... this peahen wil die suffocated
A respiratory problem !
when you found dead she was fully extended?

I think Mycoplasma Pneumonia or avian flu.

It died few minutes later after i took the second video, her body posture was almost the same in the second video, she just drop her head on her right side.

That sort of breathing is often just part of the dying process and *not* due to a respiratory infection.
