HELP! Sick turkey!! congested, laying down and sneezing

He's young and still growing and should gain several grams each day. If he stops gaining weight or starts losing you'll know that you need to modify your treatment plan. How old is he?

Honestly, I have no idea. I would reckon at least 3 1/2 or 4 months. They’re not little. About the same size as my guineas who just got all their adult feathers this week. I attached a picture of him from yesterday... and I am pretty sure “he” is a girl! haha so I don’t know why I keep saying he.

UPDATE: He’s doing a lot better today. His color is back, for the most part, and he’s able to chirp! He’s still sniffling but I think that should go in the next few days.

Update on his poop. Good? Not good? He seems good today. No one is really picking on him which makes me think they know he’s doing better.
