Gave him 185 CC's so far today... Going to give another 200 this evening. Made him his own section and just got him settled. He was outside most of today and was picking at greens. Should I put plain water in with him or vitamin water?

Should I take water away tonight so he doesn't fill up on water before I get out in the morning to check him? Can I give him a raw egg? Just wondering cause atleast some liquid must be passing for him to still be pooping I would think. Also... How much miconazole, we have the generic 3 day treatment suppositories.

Do not give raw eggs. They will get more good out of cooked eggs than they will from a raw egg.

Ok... Last night I dosed him with 1/3 of a miconizole suppository and didn't give him any food and took the water out till this morning alot of the fluid in his crop is gone but not all and when he has some of it come out of his mouth it does smell bad. I gave him his Water bucket back this morning and will continue with fluids. When can I give him scrambled eggs and probiotics? Haven't seen a cecal poop yet... Just 2 green and white poops so far.

I haven't seen a cecal poop yet from Reno... He pooped about 7 or 8 times since last night, still green and white. Yesterday I gave him 440 CC's of subq fluids and today 420 CC's. I haven't seen him drinking as much water. The fluid that comes out of his mouth sometimes is now tan in color and definitely smells sour.

Sadly, despite my efforts of continuing with 400ccs daily sub- q fluids and miconizole for the sour crop, Reno passed away this morning.
