If you ever do suspect internal parasites, or if you want to prevent them, you can always mix in some diatomaceous earth with their feed. Just make sure you get the food grade stuff. I use it in my flock's feed (about 2%) and I sprinkle a bit around on the coop floor and in their nesting boxes every time I clean to prevent mites and other lovelies. You should only do a dusting though - too much can irritate the lining of their lungs.
