My chicken is the smallest of the group. She's about 6 months old and she started sneezing about 2 weeks ago. I didn't think much of it because I had just cleaned the coop and laid fresh bedding in the nesting boxes. A week later she started with a runny nose. Now she's got white (I'm guessing poo) all under her vent. She seems to be drinking good and eating ok, just not sure what the heck is going on with her. She doesn't have any eye bubbles if that helps.

I would reccomend Tetracycline 250. Not sure where you live, but in Canada that works for us. I had a week old sneezing too, and Tetracycline 250 helped.

Can you take her to a vet?
How often is the sneezing?
Do you have a video of her or some photos?

Provide her with extra vitamins in her water and offer some extra protein like egg or tuna.

If she has a respiratory illness, antibiotics may be in order if the mucous is very thick, she has facial swelling and difficulty breathing. Antibiotics only help with any secondary infection associated with illness. Injectable Tylan50 can be used if you find it necessary. It can be given orally or by injection. Dosage is 1cc or ml per 5lbs of weight, give 2x a day for 5days. You need to weigh your bird in order to give the correct dosage.

It's hard to know, dust from feed and bedding, ammonia buildup from feces, poor ventilation and molds are also causes of some respiratory symptoms.
