Help! Some disease...

I found some reddish-white lesions on the wattles and eye of one my chicken..
My other chicken had black wart like stuff on the comb.It also coughs sometimes(I guess it's coughing)..
Does anyone know what disease is this?what can i do to cure it?

It's fowl pox, a virus mainly caused by mosquitos. It'll go away on its own in about a month or so.
Open the mouth on the bird that is coughing and look for lesions in the mouth or esophagus. If you see any lesions, it is wet fowl pox. Let us know what you see.
