I have a 2 week old Dominique chick, and I just noticed her running around the brooder like she had something and the two other babies wanted it. I saw she was having trouble eating whatever it was. So I scooped her up to see what she had, and I found something stuck to the end of her tounge. I have no idea what it is. I thought at first it was a tick...but it's not. It's round, hard, and black. I've tried pulling it off, but I can't, and I don't want to pull her tounge out! What do I do?????

Any chance it can be "pinched" with tweezers? Is there any chance it was always there (hatched with some sort of weirdness)?

How weird! And it's not a tick or other bug? I've never seen anything like that. Maybe try pinching it gently with tweezers. I have no idea.
