Help, something wrong with chickens foot.

Just checked on her, she has moved around a bit and is very enthusiastic about the water but she will only drink it when I offer it to her with a syringe, I’m having a hard time getting her to drink the water herself out of the bowl. I did get her to peck at some mashed feed but she lost interest pretty fast.

Per the article I read for slm I cleaned her legs with some hydrogen peroxide, and the flock was treated with tylosin for a week, other than that not yet.
Did you apply some vaseline or oil to the legs too? The HP is used to help clean and disinfect along with the soak, then as the article shows, slather on vaseline. You can also use an oil like coconut oil, mineral oil or even coat with triple antibiotic ointment.

What's the Tylosin for? Did she have symptoms of Mycoplasma? Tylosin is generally used to treat respiratory infection due to Mycoplasma.

I'd work on hydration. If she's not drinking well, then tubing or syringing fluids into her is a good idea. Get her hydrated then see if she will eat some wet mushy feed.
If she's not laid and should have, then giving her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for a few days may be in needed to see if she having a hard time expelling an egg.

What did you deworm with?

Is her crop emptying? What does it feel like?
Her last egg was two weeks ago, my hens haven’t been laying much lately, she was last dewormed last month, and I will offer her the water mixture and see how it goes.

Have her sips of sugar water this morning, She’s still not walking around or moving much but she’s more awake and is acting more interested in my when I check on her, I’m going to offer her some mashed up feed and she if she takes some soon.

I did apply Vaseline too, the tylosin is because my flock has symptoms of mycoplasma. I’m definitely making sure that she’s getting enough fluids via syringe because she isn’t drinking by herself yet, and I’ll probably give her a calcium tablet because of the gap in her laying. Her crop is emptying it feels squishy and empty when I feel it. As for what we used for deworming, it was a powder dewormer that we picked up at tractor supply that was mixed in with their water but I can’t remember the brand that it was.
