Help, something wrong with chickens foot.

Her sour crop seems to have turned into impacted crop, not sure if that’s normal or if I did something wrong but should I start treating her for that instead of sour crop?

I'd continue to treat as Sour Crop, but also step it up a notch and address the impaction too.

An impaction can cause the crop to go sour.

Ok I’ll do that, she is acting better and not lethargic anymore, she just won’t eat and her crop is now impacted.

In addition to any medications, a gentle crop massage twice a day can really make a difference. Very gentle circles moving in an upward direction. I would count 30 one direction, then do 30 the other direction.

Things have gotten worse, I noticed she had been laying down for the past two days so I syringed her some water to make sure she was getting fluids but when I went to check on her tonight she was on her side

I thought she was dead before I saw her moved, I gave her some vitamin water and tried to feed her mashed feed but it was hard to get anything that wasn’t liquid down her throat. I help lay down more upright and left her in peace because I don’t see anything else I can currently do to help. She has no balance, when I try to put her down she just flops around and falls. Sometimes she’ll move around but I can’t tell if she trying to get up or having spasms. What can I do? I didn’t expect her to get so much worse after she seemed like she was getting better and I’m worried she won’t survive the night. Her breathing is also labored. This is how she was when I left her

Could she be starving, she hasn’t eaten much since being ill and it has been a long time but I’m not sure how to get her to eat. She is really skinny though and I’m worried that it could be why she’s off balance. I tried giving her sugar water again in case they might help.
