Help! Stepped on baby chick

My brother was playing with the chicks in the yard, and we were doing some yard work. My mom walked backwards and stepped on 2 baby chicks one was worse than the other but is looking better but one has this balloon looking think coming from inside his butt and i don’t know what to do both are eating and drinking help?
