Help! Strange bumps on legs?

My BR hen has strange bumps on her legs. She does seem to be favoring the leg without them. Any ideas? I did a soak in warm Epson salt water. I'm not sure what this could be.

The pad on her foot looks to have a bumblefoot sore. I think the infection has spread to her leg, thus the appearance of the sores. Just my opinion

She has a small bumblefoot which likely can be taken care of by soaking, drying, applying triple antibiotic ointment, then wrapping every couple of days.

The bumps looks like a little bruising or she's hit her leg. I would just keep watch on those, but do address the scab on the bottom of the foot.
