Help! Swollen Butt

This is my two week old leghorn chick. She had a little bit of pasty but so I cleaned her up and she seems fine she plays eats everything. However her bottom is very swollen what should I do?!

She is pooping, runny and dark brown. I clean her a few times a day so she doesn't get pasty again. I'm freaking out..

A feed store. Rural King. Suppose to be 2 leghorn hens...
