Help! Swollen feet but not Bumblefoot

Hi all, can anyone please help identify what is wrong with my girl? Her feet are all swollen and there is no indication of bumblefoot. I’ve tried a lot of research but can’t find anything related to this. It feels hard to touch and she is not using her feet to grip on the perch.
If anyone has any idea what this is I would appreciate it a lot!

This looks like gout to me.

Also, her nails could do with a trimming as they are causing her toes to twist which must be rather painful for gouty toes.

I also think that is articular gout. What has her diet been? Gout can have many different causes, including diet, genetics, and exposure to afflatoxins. You could try soaking the feet in warm water with Epsom salts once a day to see if it helps. Some use tart cherry extract capsules daily for pain relief. It may or may not help.
