Help! Swollen Neck

Ok, so now my 1 of my 2 week old ducklings has a swollen neck on the left side!

Ducks do have a crop, but it's usually on the right side. I say usually because I do have one who's crop is actually on the left, not the right. Duck crop looks like the one on the left.

I don’t see anything other than a full crop. Did it just eat or drink? Casportpony do you see anything I don’t?

If you do what I did when I first got ducklings was to pick them up right by their crops. And if they are full, it will cause them to vomit. Whoops!

It looks like a very full crop. Do they have feed available at all times ? Feeding ad lib generally keeps them from gorging.
