Help! Swollen stomach and very lethargic

My hen who is about 4 years old is very lethargic and cold, her stomach is swollen as well. I don’t know what to do. Please help.

Hello! Your hen may have sour crop but I do not know for sure. Im sure there are videos on youtube that can help!
