Ok, so I have eggs in the bator, today is day 15!

my homemade incubator has 2 light bulbs in it. Got up this morning about 6:15 and noticed 1 bulb out!

Don't know how long it was out. Temp was down to about 88 degrees! I quickly put a new bulb in and the temp is back up .

Are the eggs ok?????

Never had this happen and again don't know how long the temp was down.

Any advice would be great!

i hope they make it too.

i had a power outage on day one
the temp went down to 86
still hoping they'll be fine

I think they will be fine. They might hatch a little later than expected but they should do well. A low temp for a little while is better than a huge temp spike. Don't give up yet! Good luck!

The inside of the egg stays warm a lot longer than the outside temperature, so hoping it's all gonna be ok!

thanks, trying not to worry. I candled them on day 12 and they were all good, so hopefully they will be ok.

will keep ya posted!

I did take out an egg to candle it, I guess to try and put my mind at ease. Pretty dark in that little bantam egg!! Nice air pocket though...so hopefully things are ok!
