The 4 babies are in a dog crate in our office/pet room. I have the heat lamp attached to the front of the kennel (thank god it is zip tied and can't reach the floor). We just got home, had been gone for about 3.5 hours, and the lamp was had been knocked by one of the cats and was pointed towards the floor and not towards the girls. Temp got to about 77 degrees and the girls were all cuddled together near the front of the kennel were the lamp is usually pointed towards. I opened it up and pet each of them, then then went off to the feeder to eat. Do you think that they will be okay, or may I end up losing some one because of this? Oh they are just over two weeks old.
