Help! The ducklings are hatching

Hi there. I have had 3 ducks brooding now for a month. I just went in the coop to check on them and I saw one duckling!! They were trying to hide it. There are many more eggs under them. Should I try to move the duckling? Will the mom care for it? Should I get starter feed in there? Can I crunch the all flock pellets I feed the ducks now? Please help!

I wouldn’t interfere with an active nest at this point. Wait until most or all ducklings have hatched. This way momma will feel safe having her babies here with her. Enjoy!

I would put out chick feed and chick waterer to have available.....mom will teach her babies where and how to eat.

I would leave it. It will likely get trampled by one of the Mommas as she’s trying to protect it from you.
