Are they in a brooder or in with mom? I've heard that you need to show them how to eat and drink; I didn't know that.

You have them on medicated starter 20% or higher?

Have they been on the ground, or around chickens?
Been wormed?

Whats their poo look like?

Are they drinking or eating?

I am sorry for your losses. I myself just lost my 8wk old pied peachick this morning. Just laying there dead this morning. Very sad.

How are they today?

I am new at raising peachicks, too, but I have read that it is not uncommon for them to just drop dead until they are about 3 years old. Apparently, they are pretty hardy after that. I HOPE yours are doing ok now.

I replied to this post the other day about my beautiful pied chick dead one morning. Yesterday my IB chick was sleeping on the ground of the pen. But when I approached the pen, he got up and ate and drank when I fed them. This morning he was dead. I've got my beautiful white one left. I don't know how to prevent what I don't know is killing them. I've treated them for Coccidia and wormed them with Wazine. They eat game bird started/grower. Any helpful hints for us 'newbies' would surely help!
