Help! Think I might have a incubating problem.

Here is some pics of my incubator and show the temp that it is kept at.

It sounds like you've covered all the bases. Are the eggs just farmyard mixes or special breeds? I hope you have a really great hatch -especially considering the experimental incubator used. Very cool that you are able to hatch in the toaster oven. You just may start a new trend. I am curious how it compares with an incubator as far as energy usage.

These are farm yard mixes. I started out with 12 and down to 7. The oven dont kick on very often and when it does its only on for a few seconds. I hope they all come out good and healthy. There should be Maran's and Australorps maybe a few barred rocks.
