Help! This is second dog attack - Coco is not eating

Jumping in here to ask, if you clip the feathers on the right side of her head could you get a better idea of what that is hanging down beside her face?
I'm afraid to bc I think it's her actual skin that is hanging. Like the neck has no top skin left on it, it looks pink like the actual skin and it's just a dangle of it. So now the question is what do I do with it? Just let it hang?

@Eggcessive, do you think it might be time to start tube feeding?
Hey there she is healing and all but she is skin and bones and she eats alot but i think she is having trouble getting it down, like she constantly sticks her neck up and taps her bottom beak up and down sorta like they look when the get a scoop of water and her tongue moves in and out when she does it, sometimes she foams stuff up after eating and last night both sides of her cheek areas (white upper neck area)were swollen like a foosball... i tried massaging them and rubbing her comb but i couldnt even find her comb she so skinny all i feel is sharp bone areas. This morning the swelling was gone mostly. photos are from this morning,...

Do you mean her crop? You could not find her crop in order to massage it? (The comb is on top of the head.) She obviously needs to eat more than she is. How well is she drinking? A dehydrated hen cannot eat so you have to keep her hydrated.

She seems to drink adequately but maybe not as she should be i will monitor that too. And yes I meant "crop" lol
So awesome that you also observe the biblical Sabbath of creation!
Amen!
I just put them all out in the New run along with the old small coop which is where she is within the run with the other 2. Since Marshamellow is not leaving her neck alone she keeps trying to pull skin off her, I have to keep her separate.
I let her roam around with marsha in the yard as that's the only time she doesn't try to "eat" her.

Maybe you could spray her wound with BluKote? Chickens are attracted to red and are likely to pech wounds because of the redness.

I want to ask @Eggcessive if you can cut that off as long as you don't cut too close. Just cut off what's dead. But I don't know so wait till you hear from her.

it was rolled up outer skin, i can tell more now that she is healing up around it, but it still looks like its part of her so I am not sure when to cut it, as i am sure it needs to be cut eventually, I cut off a lot of old dark black scabs that grew around her neck and a new thinner fresh more pliable scab formed (i thought the darker scab was shrinking and choking her bc it was one big plate circling around her neck and there was no way for it to fall away) i might try wet cat food to fatten her up too.
