I have five ducklings that are about a week old and two of them have been breathing with their mouth open, and breathing sort of fast, other than that they seem normal. I have a watering dish deep enough for them to get their whole beaks in. This has been going on for a couple days now, just looking for some advice on what I should do or what might be wrong, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Ducklings will pant just like a dog to get cool sometimes. I have seen mine do it even just after having a swim and drying off- So I knew it wasnt blocked nostrils or from being thirsty. Stress can also sometimes make them pant. I always have my lamp in one corner of the brooder so they have lots of room to get out of the heat if they are feeling too warm.
