**Help - Unsure if this is prolapse.

This is after about her 5th soak in 2 days. Please help. I am at a loss. Totally fine Thursday morning when I fed and changed water before work, laid an egg that day, came home after work and noticed this when she jumped on me for pre bed grain. She is eating (I have limited her food and keeping her in a dark room) and drinking and acting fine. The hard crust will not come off even after an hour soak so I can't push it in....if that is even what I am dealing with.

Oh my gosh, how stressful! I don’t have much to offer by way of a solution, but when I zoom in on it, it looks like poop is drying on whatever that could be. How long has she been laying/how old is she? Are you seeing poop from her?

I hope you get some opinions soon, I’ll be watching and hoping for the best

Little bit!! This is our first flock and it has been challenging. My Dad made it look so easy all those years ago. That's what I thought too but she has had 5 baths and it will not come off for nothing. She has been laying for almost 3 months now, she is about 9 months old. She is pooping....mostly watery now since I was limiting her food so that she wouldn't lay again. Thank you so much. My 2 little boys are so worried about her.
