If you decide to put her down, the broomstick method is very fast and painless. This video is how I learned how to do it.

She’s started twisting around and then flapping then laying still and repeating after a while

We put her down by breaking her neck, it wasn’t me because I’m weak and hesitant and not quite ready since it was my first culling but I got somebody who is strong fast and not as sensitive as me, so it was done fast.
