I know others have tried things similar. I don't recall if it helped or not. I have never done it but have had egg eaters in the past. I took them to our local farm swap and sold them. I thought that once in a new place they may be more interested in their new surroundings and may give it up. Again, good luck...I have at least one chicken eating eggs and making a disgusting mess of the rest of the eggs. I have 2 ideas.
1. Empty a few eggs and filling them with red food dye. Then I know who the culprits are. What then??? Born free maybe
2. New plan: empty the eggs fill them with something they will wish they never put in their mouths! Tobacco sauce maybe horse radish? Does anyone has a better idea what to put in there (that won't kill them)?
