HELP!! Weird growths on my chickens foot :((

I soaked her feet in warm water for 10 minutes and gently rubbed the dirt off but i'm not really sure what's dirt and what's scab. I hope that can help!

This is an extreme case of bumble foot.
I personally have never seen one that big.
I would take her to a vet.

Im honestly not sure what to tell you to do with her. (other then taking her to a vet first thing in the am)
I'd just let her finish living her life.
If you try to treat it at home you may end up just causing a worse infection that will end her life faster.

Can you please check all your other chickens feet more often so if they do get bumble foot you catch it in the very beginning stages so you can treat them at home.
early signs would be a very small scab like this on the bottom of a foot.
I mean super small compared to this.

Smother her legs with vaseline daily to help get rid of the scaly leg mites too.

Do you have a scalpel or a small knife?

You are going to need to cut the whole core out.Bumble is caused by a bacteria commonly found in wet/moldy bedding.How often do you clean there coop?

was trying to establish if OP knows this is a contagious staph infection and she should have gloves on.

Infection can be all the way in the bone already and if so taking the scab off the foot isn't going to do one bit of good.
