Help! Weird mucous/bloody poop (pic attached)

I went out to clean my girls' poop hammock this morning and noticed there was some bloody and mucous-like stool on the hammock. They were/have been given medicated feed, go out in their chicken tractor during the day, and get the occasional treat (grain mixes and the like). I have two girls who are getting close to laying (any day now) and everyone is acting normal otherwise. Should I be worried?? Advice on what I should do??

Yes, just the one! Such a relief!! I saw it and immediately panicked.

Update: definitely something going on with my sweet chicken Little. I kept watching her and she started to seem off and passed more bloody stool. We went and got corid and she's being quarantined. We're also treating the other girls in the hopes that it won't spread.
