I went out to spend some time with my ladies and saw one poop out a weird yellow mucus looking poop. I’ve attached a picture. She seems to be acting normally. Any ideas or suggestions to what’s wrong and how to treat? I haven’t fed them anything out of the ordinary lately.

There's nothing wrong if it happens once or twice, it means she ate something she shouldn't have or ate too much protein (treats, worms, bugs, etc.). If there are no other symptoms then there's nothing to worry about.

If it persists it can mean a number of issues - parasites, infection, organ failure. Monitor for other symptoms - listlessness, change in behavior, inactivity, lack of appetite, give her a check up for inflamed areas, check her crop in the morning before she eats - empty crop in the morning is good, means digestion is working as it should.
