Help! Welsummer chick gender?!

We got this little one from My Pet Chicken and was supposed to be our rooster but have been suspicious since day 1 due to feather coloring. What do y’all think? Cockerel or Pullet. Pictures from when we first got Rusty and now… we will be fine either way but just eager to find out haha

Thanks! That’s what we thought and it’s a little disappointing because we really wanted a Welsummer rooster. I guess we will have to try again. This is the sweetest chick of the bunch though so that makes up for it.. very curious of us and loves to be held. would even fall asleep in my kids hands when it was younger.

Pullet, Welsummer pullets have “eyeliner” while they cockerels do not, they are also darker in color
