Help what’s going on with my pekin?

Have you looked for mites? they will be black and smaller than a pepper flake . They are very fast too. Ducks don't usually get external parasites if they have a way to wash in a pool etc.
Feathers coming in can be itchy but that looks extreme. like something other than feathers has irritated her skin.

I looked for mites I personally didn’t see anything. Is there a spray or something to use in case it does have them? I have donut in a kennel inside the coop with food,peas, and water with electrolytes. Can I still let it get in the pool… I added some apple cider vinegar to the water tonight.

I also just had to get them new food because I discovered mold in the bag of food they had been eating. Do you think that could be part of the issue or is that too far fetched

That yellow is a bit disturbing. I wouldn't let her swim until the infection is gone. Are you putting on any antibacterial ointment?
