Help! What are these bumps on my dove!?

@FrostyWind have you checked inside her mouth for lumps, lesions or a cheesy like substance? Does it smell? It could be she has canker. A closer look inside the mouth will tell.

Looks like it might be a pox virus.

If they’ve had wet weather and ripe mosquito temperatures my bet is on dry pox.

Sorry for the late response,
I live in the Caribbean,
And we're in the dry season haven't had any long showers of rain.
I'll her mouth tomorrow in the day time?
What if its what y'all listed? Do i go go to a vet or there's some home remedies?

Not sure what you have available there. With Pox you pretty much just treat symptoms and let it run it’s course.

It can be lethal if it’s wet pox. But with her having sores outside her mouth, no signs of nasal or eye drainage, and looking fairly well I’d go with dry pox.

Pox will run it’s course in about two weeks. It’s spread by mosquitoes so check your other birds. All of them.

I checked just now, and there are bumps in her mouth, on top and below (inside her mouth)?
Would it still just leave after some weeks? Is she endanger?
