HELP | What breed is my Rooster?

Hello!

Can someone tell me what breed my rooster is? He is about a year old and was purchased along with a couple other hens that were mixed breed (they lay light greenish/blue eggs).

Sorry about the picture, but it was the best I could get; he wouldn't stay still.

He's probably an easter egger as well - that looks like a pea comb.

game mix looks like he has some black copper marans (not the french standared though as he has no feathers on his legs) with the hens i would guess they are ee with their egg colors.
