HELP? What breed of Rooster is this?

14 week old unknown rooster from Hoover Hatchery. Bought it in the RARE Breed variety pack from Hoovers Hatchery and we ended up with this one male.

My first thought was Indio gigantie but I don’t think hovers carry’s them.

Black Brested Red Shamo maybe?

Could be a Welsummer but there is another breed which looks alike them. Not sure if Hoover has Welsummers.

Wrong tail carriage for Shamo and Indio Gigante. Also has wattles. His size is incorrect for both of these, plus Oriental gamefowl tend to show sex-specific later on, so it would be less prominent at this age. From looking at Hoovers list of breeds from the rare breed assortment neither of these breeds are mentioned, but I could be wrong there

I didn't know if it was a poor quality Shamo. It had the same look and coloring as Shamos.

Shamo come in more colors than that, plus there are many other breeds with this color. But even a low quality Shamo shouldn't have wattles

I looked through the list of breeds:

He does not have a single comb or a rose comb, which rules out many of the breeds on the list.

I think he is probably a Prairie Bluebell Egger, or possibly one of the other -egger types.
