Unfortunately she is young for a reproductive disorder. Usually those affect hens after 2 or 3 years old. Ascites or egg yolk peritonitis are sometimes seen later as well. Many times there are bacteria that will cause this. Antibiotics may or may not help to cure this, but could possibly extend her life. Amoxicillin or Fish Mox which is sometimes found in feed stores in the animal medicines, or online is a common one that some people use. Dosage is 125-250 mg twice a day, given orally.
