My muscovy hen just hatched out 14 babies from last night til this morning. Daisy was in the center of the coop with 13 ducklings when I went I to check on her. This little one was in the nest. Whats wrong with its stomach and how can I fix it?!

It's just finishing up absorbing its yolk. That doesn't look like it's bleeding or anything so just give it some time and it'll finish up and should be fine :)

The duckling cant get up is very lethargic and mom left it in nest. And it smells pretty gross. All the other ducklings are fine fluffed up and running around and drinking some. She was also standing on its head when I made her move to check on him. He cant stay still and is constantly rolling around wont drink. Are you sure theres nothing I can do to help it along?

It might have a yolk sac infection, and if that's the case, there's not much you can do. If you want to try to save it, keep it warm (90 degree brooder is ideal) and encourage it to drink water. Once you see it poop, you can offer food chick crumbles.
